Richard J. Diehl is a 1976 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Government and Public Administration from the American University in 1973. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Hawaii in 1983 and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1989. Richard is a member of the Hawaii Estate Planning Council, the American Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association. His areas of practice concentrate in Estate Planning, Probate, Taxation, Real Estate, and Business Law, Family Law, Custody Litigation, Child Support, Adoption, and Guardianship.

Christine D. Weger is a 1977 graduate of Rutgers University Law School. She received her undergraduate degree and a Masters degree in Sociology from University of Texas in Austin. She was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Hawaii in 1983. Chris is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hawaii State Bar Association. Her area of practice concentrates primarily in Taxation, and Business and Appellate Practice.
Susan T.A. Yuen
Susan Yuen is the firm’s Legal Assistant. She has been a legal secretary/paralegal with Diehl and Weger since March, 1999. Susan has more than 34 years of legal experience, including 15 years of experience in handling complex probate matters and divorce cases. Prior to joining Diehl and Weger, she worked in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and civil litigation.
Susan enjoys working closely with clients on a daily basis, helping them handle the details of their case.
Susan was born and raised in Hawaii and has raised her own family here, living in Hawaii Kai since 1985.
