Richard J. Diehl is a 1976 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Government and Public Administration from the American University in 1973. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Hawaii in 1983 and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1989. He is also a member of the Maryland bar.
Richard is a retired judge of the Honolulu District Court. He is a member of the Estate Planning Section and the Family Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. His areas of practice concentrate in Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship.
Christine D. Weger

Christine D. Weger is a 1977 graduate of Rutgers University Law School. She received her undergraduate degree and a Masters degree in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. She was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Hawaii in 1983. Chris is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Her areas of practice concentrate in Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship.
Susan T.A. Yuen
Susan Yuen is the firm’s Legal Assistant. She has been a legal secretary/paralegal with Diehl and Weger since March, 1999. Susan has more than 34 years of legal experience, including 15 years of experience in handling complex probate matters and divorce cases. Prior to joining Diehl and Weger, she worked in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and civil litigation.
Susan enjoys working closely with clients on a daily basis, helping them handle the details of their case.
Susan was born and raised in Hawaii and has raised her own family here, living in Hawaii Kai since 1985.
